Lindsey Johnson, RN is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector with over 15 years of experience in the medical field, beginning her career in 2010, and practicing as a Registered Nurse since 2015. She also brings more than 3 years of independent experience in medical aesthetics.
She began her career in dermatology, building a strong foundation in skin health, medical-grade skincare, and patient education. She later transitioned into plastic surgery as a Registered Nurse, where she held a leadership role and gained hands-on experience with cosmetic injectables, advanced skin treatments, and pigmentation correction.
Lindsey further strengthened her clinical expertise in the cardiac intensive care unit, where she received multiple patient safety awards—reflecting her attention to detail, critical thinking, and commitment to high-quality care.
Today, she specializes in natural-looking results, facial balancing, and long-term skin health. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, transparent consultations, and patient education—ensuring every treatment plan is safe, personalized, and aligned with each client’s goals.

Dr. William A. Carter received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1976. He completed a family practice residency at Lancaster General Hospital in 1979. Since that time, he has been involved with several private practices as well as academic institutions in Lancaster, Dauphin and York Counties. Beginning in 1999, he developed a strong interest in outpatient aesthetics treatments as a means to improve people’s self-esteem. Throughout that time, he has had extensive training in the field of outpatient aesthetics and has been awarded certifications in laser treatments, all types of injectables, and many other skin-effecting energy modalities.
